What is BIG CHRIS COMICS refunds and return policy?

No payment refunds will be issued for comics, tees, posters and accessories (including toys) ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

For apparel returns and exchanges are allowed for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All apparel must be returned in the condition it was received (i.e., no marks, stains, tears, etc) and in its original packaging. Returns and exchanges are available for (10) days from the date you receive your order.

What is BIG CHRIS COMICS Shipping policy?

Orders are shipped daily Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) for orders received by 10:00AM Pacific Standard Time (PST). All orders received after 10:00AM PST will be shipped the following business day (orders received after 10:00AM PST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday).

When calculating your shipping time, don’t count the day it ships. For example, if you are ordering something and it’s Monday morning, Tuesday would be Day 1 and Wednesday would be Day 2 etc.

What is BIG CHRIS COMICS preferred shipping method?

Our preferred method of shipping is USPS. They have a standard flat rate delivery fee (which can accommodate most purchases), have very competitive delivery pricing for non-standard delivery and they have Saturday deliveries.

USPS Priority Mail
This is the best value for your shipping needs. Your items will be delivered usually within 1-3 business days. The one downside of this option is that USPS does not guarantee the delivery time.
